Introducing Natural

Today we announce Natural.

Natural is the agentic payments platform powering frictionless money movement between agents, businesses, and consumers.

First chapter

When we incorporated just 210 days ago, Natural was a one-pager and a 15-page memo. There was no deck, no code, no mockups. Just a vision for what the world would become, and conviction that the shift ahead was inevitable.

Our vision was met with excitement. In 72 hours, we raised our $10m seed round, backed by an incredible group of founders and investors building some of the most defining companies of our generation.

There was still one quiet question: when would agentic payments actually materialize? How much developer education would it take before this became real?

In August, when we were raising the seed round, if you asked founders about the agents they were building, almost none of them had even considered that their agents could move money. Talking to founders today, that reality is changing quickly. Agentic payments are about to become very real, very fast.

Agents will require scalable financial infrastructure that provides instant settlement, verifiable identity and auditability, and purpose-built product for autonomy. That is Natural.

Products

Natural powers every type of agentic payments workflow. We handle orchestration, ledgering, routing, compliance, risk, credit, identity, observability, and more.

Today we’re announcing our first six products.

Wallet

Create FDIC-insured* accounts that agents can use to hold, receive, and send funds. A single balance interoperates across fiat and stablecoins.

Pay

Enable your agents to make payments to anyone for anything, regardless of whether the recipient is already on Natural.

Collect (soon)

Deploy your agents to collect funds via phone handoff, one-time links, or directly between Natural accounts.

Credit (soon)

Give agents access to credit lines so they can spend autonomously without pre-funded accounts.

Bill (soon)

Provide agents the ability to bill customers based on API calls, outcomes, tokens, or other predefined criteria.

Transfer (soon)

Power agentic transfers between internal and external financial accounts.

These primitives give developers everything they need to move money without having to learn the painstaking details of payments infrastructure, compliance, and risk.

Natural can be fully implemented in an afternoon. Every endpoint is intentional. Every response is intuitive. And the docs were written by engineers who have actually used it.

Six months later, this pursuit is no longer mine alone. It’s also the work of my two co-founders, Eric and Walt, and our team of 10 (soon to be 25).
